We work to your plans and your builder's programme, get the underlay, flashings and detailing spot-on before anything is covered, and hand over on time. Price off plans
We work through the architect's or designer's drawings, price the roofing and cladding, and flag anything in the detailing that will cause a problem.

Detail first
Before a sheet goes on we check pitch against material, set out valleys and hidden gutters, and detail every flashing to spec.

Roof and clad
We lay the underlay correctly, fix the roof, and run the metal wall cladding so roof and wall read as one clean statement.

Handover
Flashings complete, penetrations sealed, spouting working, site swept, with the warranties and paperwork the builder and owner need.

We work to your builder's programme
A build only runs smoothly when the trades run smoothly together. Roofing sits between the framing going up and the interior work starting, so we turn up when we are meant to, keep the builder in the loop, coordinate with the plumber and electrician on penetrations, and do not leave loose ends for the next trade to trip over.

Do you work from our architect's plans?
Yes. We build the roof that was specified, in the profile, pitch and colour the drawings call for, and we flag anything in the detailing that could cause a problem early, while it is still easy to sort.
Will you fit in with our builder's programme?
That is the whole idea. The roof is a milestone the rest of the build pivots on, so we commit to being ready when the programme needs us and finishing on time, coordinating with the builder and the other trades throughout.
Do you do cladding as well as roofing?
Yes. We install long-run roofing and metal wall cladding, which keeps the roof-to-wall junctions tight because the same crew handles both sides of the detail.
Do you take on commercial and rural builds, and can you price off plans?
We do. Alongside new homes we roof commercial buildings, rural sheds and light-industrial projects across the Waikato, and we are happy to quote off the architect's or designer's drawings, which is how most new-build and builder work is priced.
Are you licensed and insured, and when should we bring you in?
